Before booking an appointment online, it’s important to ensure that you are eligible for the treatment. Certain medical conditions, treatments, and medications can impact whether the treatment can proceed. To avoid disappointment and the loss of your booking fee, please read the information below carefully. If you have any concerns, are taking medication, or have a medical condition not listed, please contact us before booking.
You cannot proceed with a permanent makeup (PMU) treatment if:
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You are under 18 years old.
- You are undergoing chemotherapy/radiotherapy.
- You’ve had Botox/fillers in the brow area less than 3 weeks before your appointment.
- You are prone to keloid scarring.
- You are on blood/skin thinning medication.
Please do not book if you have had previous PMU. You must book directly with us, not online. Booking online may result in the treatment being cancelled, and you will lose your booking fee.
Annual top-up appointments are available for existing clients only.
Contra-indications for Brow Lamination
- Any contagious eye diseases or disorders
- Swelling around the eye area
- Cuts and abrasions
- Hypersensitive skin
- Eye infections
- Positive skin reaction to patch test
- Recent SPMU
- Roaccutane or other retinoids
- Recent chemical peel laser, AHAs etc (under a week before your appointment)
Contra-indications for Waxing
- Sunburned skin
- Psoriasis, eczema, or other inflammatory skin conditions
- Rashes or open cuts
- Topical retinoids (e.g., Retin-A, Differin)
- Accutane
- Blood thinners
- Recent chemical peels or laser treatments
- Diabetes
Please note if you are pregnant, while waxing is generally considered safe during pregnancy, hormonal changes may make the skin more sensitive. Some women may experience heightened pain or discomfort.
Always consult with a professional or healthcare provider if you’re unsure whether a treatment is safe for you, especially if you have any of the conditions mentioned above.
PMU Treatments
The full cost of the appointment is £300 for Combi Brows or £275 for Microblading or Powder Brows. Please note a £25 booking fee is required to secure your booking, which will then be deducted from your final balance at the initial appointment. The 6-8 week top up is included.
Booking fees are transferable once, if changes are made 72 hours before your appointment
Cancellation Policy
We have a 72 hour cancellation policy, meaning any appointments cancelled after this time will result in the booking fee being lost. A second £25 booking fee will be required to secure a new booking
Patch Test
Please book a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled.
